What are the best aspects of this product?

Clicktools integrates well with Salesforce. And it does this really swiftly. Building questions and other intricate survey needs can all be made possible. It's capable of customizing appearance and the "feel" for surveys to successfully pair with our brand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The admin UI can be a little confusing. However, there are a lot of articles available for references. They've made recent changes to make this a bit better. There are a plethora options for extracting data out of the system. I see myself getting frequently confused in utilizing queries and reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using this tool for evaluating Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Socre on our products and cases. We were successful in rolling out such surveys swiftly through integration with Marketo and Salesforce. We constantly conduct reports and analysis on CSAT and NPS metrics. This helped fine tune our customer support flow. We're also able to acquire input on our free-trials and products.
