What are the best aspects of this product?
I love its interface it is extremely user-friendly. We can send reports quickly and do the integration with Salesforce. This is very beneficial for our sales goals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could implement lot of features for reporting. I would like to be able to edit the reporting and to get net promoter scoring model. I would be happy if they could implement these.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Clicktools with our IT partner so we can create ticketing system in order to provide our employees with right answer and log a ticket in our internal and vendor’ system via email. It is helpful tool for self-service and to the vendor with right information in their ticket, better decription of the issue and to provide them with a number and time to call for further information.
