What are the best aspects of this product?
Clicktools offers great integration with Salesforce, and lot of our record management is automated. Technical support is highly responsive. Everyone in our office is using the Clicktools, and that’s why we get immediate response when we face some issues. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. I have to say that they have really improved their interface and its efficiency.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When we have made some upgrades the data import feature has stopped. We need to combine the surveys using other app. In the past we could upload our own 3rd part data so we can centralize the survey results into Ct so it can run automated report, but now we are not able to do this. We have asked for help but we haven’t heard anything yet. Also, it would be great if they could implement an option for downloading all response sets without downloading survey response separately.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everyone in our office is using Clicktools to collect feedback on our service, staff surveys and to gain benchmark data in the sector that we work in. We are able to automated record creation thanks to the integration with SF. This tool helps us to improve our PM thanks to the feedback we receive by Clicktools, we are even able to import this feedback into our CRM and to analyze it into details through SF dashboards.
