What are the best aspects of this product?
There are so many fine points with ClickTools. It's really easy to use. This tool allows for real-time metrics via the use of surveys. It has an auto-send feature whenever a case is being closed. It can easily be organized thanks to its Customer Service Manager.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing really bad to say about ClickTools. It's able to do a re-deploy instantly. And that's a good thing!

We faced a poor line of sight in terms of our repair teams, tech support, and customer service capacity. We began by having this rolled out so we can do a follow-up on our US-based customer service (containing of around 30 representatives).
