What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that you can keep each client separate and also each case. This is useful because a few clients have multiple cases. Plus, you can use different methods of contact information. The customer support is prompt and responsive, and quickly resolved a couple of issues I had with the system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few drawbacks. I am not able customize fields in many areas. Things get deleted in the calendar and they disappear after that. The billing feature is strange. You have to make the payment for one bill and then move onto the next. This means if you have two bills of $100 and $300 for a single client, and they make a payment of $400, you have to post it as two payments, one for the $100 bill and the other for the $300 bill. This makes the clients uncomfortable when they don’t see any payments of $400 in the system. Plus, it forces us to maintain documentation in notes which takes up our time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Going digital has become essential today. I know from experience that you can get a lot of work done if your business is electronic and automated. I have started making increased use of the documents feature and this has helped my productivity. It would be great if everyone else also has access to technology so that systems that automate and digitalize your business become even more helpful.
