What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s intuitive and very user friendly. You don’t need to have special skills and knowledge to figure out how to use the app. Should you need help, you can always look for online tutorials and FAQ’s which can be found via the internet.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been using another app for our billable hours before using Clio. The process of integration was kind of slow and messy. So we had to watch out for errors and make sure to have it fixed manually. It took us a week to get over this issue, but now things are better, and no further problems have arisen since then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the help of Clio, we were able to resolve our outstanding issues of billing our clients up to the last minute. There is no need to file for disputes because lawyers can log in and edit their billable hours, which makes things more convenient for them. Clients are also assured that they are being charged fair and square.
