What are the best aspects of this product?

It takes good care of the admin tasks in the firm. With Clio, all tasks have been simplified because we only log in to a single app where you view everything you need to get the job done. I’m not worried about experiencing system glitches as long as the support team can back me up even during the wee hours of the morning.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, so good. Clio is credible enough since it has been exceeding our expectations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is no need to track billable hours manually. With Clio’s online tracker, you are assured that you are fairly billing your clients up to the last centavo.
