PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Clio provides me an easier way to accomplish my deliverables. Saves me time by allowing me to create and use templates for creating contracts and other legal documents. Now I have more time to do research and follow up on my old cases.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It should add another tab for all closed cases to not be mixed up with our current or active ones. Sometimes it takes time to go through the list of documents in the database. So I’d instead segregate files according to its status to save more time. Also, it cannot send email schedule reminders, which is a big deal to our lawyers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a better structure on how to handle multiple clients at the same time. It also helped us increase our annual revenue, which is a good thing for our practice.
