What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the things that I like about this app is the user interface. Everything that I need can be found on the dashboards right after logging into the application. It also gives me a heads up on our running metrics so my staff can I can work on improving our performance and exceeding our goals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some things that I need Clio could not provide. I would not like to go into specifics, but I already brought up this issue with their support team. What’s good is that they always do something to compensate for their shortcomings, which turns out okay.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is easy to charge our clients using the app by sending them digital invoices at the end of each week. With Clio, we get to collect 90% of our attorney's fees right on time. I also love the fact that it gives us a clear set of metrics that would serve as our guide in gauging if our practice is doing well or not.
