What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Clio as a replacement for my planner by organizing my daily and weekly schedules right into the app. I also use this to communicate with my clients and colleagues to keep track of the case status easily. Clio also keeps me aware of my running billable hours, which is very important because we all have goals to meet. I make sure that I am either within or exceeding targets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to click the refresh button every time you log in to your billable hours' tracker. The same thing should be done in the mobile version to ensure accuracy on our end. It can be a little bit tasking, but it does not bother me that much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are numerous platforms out there that promise to help you manage your law firm. But for me, nothing beats the capability of Clio to produce impressive results. From billing, invoicing to case management Clio has got these things covered. The mobile app also allows me to get some serious work done even when I am not physically present in the office.
