What are the best aspects of this product?
Rather than giving my accountant a hard time when it comes to managing our books and ledgers, I decided to shift to Clio instead. Ever since we had this app, my staff no longer needs to work overtime to deliver manual invoices to our clients because Clio does the work on their behalf. Also, collecting our payables via LawPay has been a smooth and hassle-free experience for my clients since they have to input their card information on the link and complete the transaction.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is still more room for the product to improve its service to its clients. Currently, I’m still having some issues linking Clio with our current CRM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s a comprehensive platform that takes good care of the majority of your business needs. It gives you visibility of your billable hours, helps you send invoices, and settle payments promptly. These may seem like simple tasks, but it takes a lot of hard work to get everything done right on schedule, especially when you are dealing with a large number of clients.
