What are the best aspects of this product?
The fact of the matter is. Close.io is capable of organizing leads by organization instead of people. I find this to be awesome! Each e-mail being sent out, call made, and note written about an organization as well as leads from within are housed in a single location.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting could use some big upgrade. We'll soon wind up making our own reporting tool on top of their current solution. That way, we're able to see the data we want.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It enhanced efficiency in sales. The same goes for note taking. Follow-ups are quicker in terms of inbound e-mails from leads. Great leads organization.
