What are the best aspects of this product?
I am very much impressed with how Close.io organize the leads they capture by company instead by person. I find it very useful and efficient. There is also a a singular, centralized location for every email, every call made, and every note about a company and all leads. It frees us from the hassle of contacting the same company more than once. There is also that new inbox functionality where a sales rep has everything he needs in a sincle screen with regards to performing follow ups.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting tool looks like it needs a major improvement. Most of the time we have to resort to creating our own reporting tool on top of Close.io so that the data we need is visible to us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Close.io has significantly improve the efficiency of our sales reps as well as note taking. The platform has helped up perform more follow ups on inbound emails from leads.
