What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to use. UX is fantastic. Communication transperancy is flat out amazing when it comes to customers. Its smart-view gives you the ability to filter just about anything!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting is way too basic. Integrations are limited to just a few.

It's capable of covering the needs of a small-medium organization. A great product for companies looking to build their workflows and everything else. As a result, we were able to make the success process of development/customer service/sales around the product. We realized later in time that we were in need of advanced reporting as well as integration opportunities than Close.io was able to give us.
