What are the best aspects of this product?
The smoothest CRM I've used in a long while. It lets me pull up historical data swiftly. It also lets me view as to who's contacting the lead and when they were contacted the last time. Running reports is simpler compared to other competitors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sales teams at a larger scale are probably in need of the ability to deploy ownership to leads. This would be based on specific geographical locations. Right now, I don't see such functionality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It solved us a lot of time. Did a great job in saving us money as well. Thanks to Close.io, we get to spend a bulk of our time on activities related to sales. We're no longer worried about the CRM.
