What are the best aspects of this product?

Close.io has the capability in making customized views of leads. It does so according to varying search paramaters. It's really amazing! This alone makes it a highly versatile platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It runs on a crappy keyboard shortcuts list. There should be a full list of keyboard shortcuts. I was hoping they'd have an improved integration in third party systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently running on sales for an organization. I have several VAs that are based in the Philippines. Close.io ensures that we get to hit leads when we need them hit. I want to make sure the leads ever go stale.
