The greatest thing with Close.io is it's capable of organizing leads with contacts and companies. When it comes to selling to companies as opposed to separate people, the structure saved a ton of time for sales reps. Not only that, but it made things a lot simpler for those on sales. They get to see which contact points were made with potential clients they had before.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The thing that needs to be stronger is reporting in the platform. Even with a plethora of basic reporting tools you'll ever require, there are other means of diving into data that hasn't really existed in the platform.

Business case is simple. We need to keep track of our communication with potential and present customers. We're selling to companies as opposed to separate people. By getting our CRM organized by company, it's simpler to organize all conversations in working through the sales process.
