What are the best aspects of this product?
One can instantly see that the best thing about Close.io is the way it organizes the leads it captures - as companies and contacts within those companies. This unique approach is a time saver because we are able to sell to companies as a whole instead of peddling leads to individual people. This structure also simplifies the job of sales people as it pinpoints the contact points that have been made with potential clients in previous campaigns.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a lot of room for improvement with regards to the reporting tool. Although it comes with the basic reporting application, I know that of other means that will help get people get deeper into data. Close.io just don't have that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to closely monitor our communications with current customers and perspective clients as well as sell directly to companies instead to individuals. With everything well organized in our CRM by company, every process is a whole lot easier, from managing conversations all the way to the end of the sales process. Along with better organization, Close.io helped the team become more effective in terms of sending out template emails. The system automatically fills the text box but also enables you to inject some customizations prior to sending them.
