PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things I love about Close.io. For one, it is very simple and straightforward. I can use it right off the bat without having any serious difficulty with it. It is also a cloud-based system. Although you need to download it, it easily syncs up with my desktop. I could work on anything at home and in the office and knowing that every changes made are automatically saved. I also love the system integration with Google Apps for Business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do believe that the product would have been better if it has mobile app. I could just imagine what I can do if I can access the system from my mobile device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I required a CRM that can do everything so I can close more deals. Close.io solved that problem easily. Now, I can reach more prospects with its bulk email feature. But more than that, I can send those emails using my real business email address.
