If you're familiar with TeamViewer's environment, then you should adjust seamlessly into this program too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Control is quite limited with this program. What I find frustrating is that instead of telling you that you cannot perform a particular task, it just somehow disregards your clicks.

We use this to manage devices remotely.
