Barely no learning curve

What are the best aspects of this product?

For a completely cost-free solution, CloudBerry is very impressive. I was able to learn the ins and outs of it in no time. I can instinctively locate commands and they’re all within reach too! It reminds me a lot of TeamViewer. What’s cool is that you can use this within it too. Of course, this is strictly off the record as I like to use this solution just to validate or disprove some of my hypotheses regarding certain matters.  

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Documentation is one major thing that is lacking from this program for sure. It doesn’t work as fast as other solutions too. However, I can let this issue slide because it is free after all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product has various uses for me. Officially, I use this to supervise various PCs and make sure that everything is working smoothly.
