Best for remote working.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a complete solution in itself. Despite just how easy it is to configure and set up on both ends, it has all the features that I need to work remotely with my staff too. I can share, control the device, and so much more with this tool!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only issue with this program is that it does not meet my data-documentation needs. However, I’ve discovered a workaround for this in the user forums.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to control my devices even when I am away from my desk.
