What are the best aspects of this product?

CloudBerry is probably one of the more straightforward solutions of its kind. We had zero problems while setting it and its usage, so far, has been a breeze. I love just how easy it is for me to weave in and out of users’ screens. While doing so, I can control their view and even transfer files to them. This is a secure program that I trust our data with. It also has a feature that lets me send instant messages to my co-workers.  

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing but praises for this solution. It has opened lines of communication between me and my colleagues. Sharing files and doing tutorials are a lot easier now too. 

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool mostly to carry out remote conferences and tutorials in our office. I can troubleshoot issues on my coworkers’ computers without having to go to their work station as well. It’s all very convenient.
