What are the best aspects of this product?

For a free tool, this program sure packs a punch! It works perfectly well on Windows. It has a nice instant messaging feature that lets me communicate with my clients while I work on their PC too. It allows me to call as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are ads in the interface, but it's fine.
