This lets me help out my peers on tech-related issues. As a cherry on top--it's free!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not as speedy as I would like it to be. My internet connection is quite impressive and this program still lags. I do have confidence that they will fix this in the future though.

I use this to resolve software-related issues for my family and friends.
