What are the best aspects of this product?

I love just how intuitive this program is. Learning this was a walk in the park. It allows me to quickly (and smoothly) save and share files to users in my network. I recommend this tool to anyone who wants to remotely control operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The password requirements are a little too complicated. I find it hard to recall just what it is, to be honest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The most important benefit that I’ve seen ever since implementing this tool is that I’ve been able to work on documents even when I’m out of the office. I don’t have to manually carry around the necessary paperwork, which is nice. This has certainly lightened my workload.
