What are the best aspects of this product?
CloudBerry simplifies remote assistance for us. We use this as an alternative to ConnectWise, our paid remote access tool. Even though we reserve this mostly for our clients who do not have subscription plans with us, it still works quite well. There are no issues deploying this on their devices, allowing us to work on their system maintenance remotely without a problem. It doesn’t trigger firewalls too, which is a big plus!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t think that there’s anything worth calling out about this program.

This works as a great back-up solution to our remote maintenance needs.
