What are the best aspects of this product?

If you’re familiar with TeamViewer, then you should have no problem using CloudBerry as well. These two solutions are practically made out of the same mold—even in its login options. I like just how user-friendly this solution is. It doesn’t cause delays in both the receiving and monitoring screens too. Best of all, unlike TeamViewer, you don’t have to pay for anything to use this program. It’s 100% free and open to all users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a free tool—users can’t expect all things to run smoothly here. Naturally, TeamViewer, a paid option, would have more support and backing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The setup is super easy. We don’t have to go through a difficult series of configurations just to have this set-up in various devices. As long as there is an internet connection, everything should just work properly—no firewalls and limitations involved. I think it’s also great how there’s a team available 24/7. They’ve been really helpful during the set-up process.
