What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a fairly new user, but I'm loving the features of this tool so far. As an icing to the cake--I can use it for free too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm still in the early stages of using this. I have nothing bad to say about this so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have any backlogs at work anymore. I can access my PC even when I am sick at home or out in the field.
