What are the best aspects of this product?
CloudTalk is in my opinion good value for money. It has nicely done phone features, simple UI which is easy to navigate, and various integrations which you can use without any coding knowledge. Customer support is also very good and responds pretty quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are only four packages to choose from without the possibility to use per user billing. We would also need mobile apps, which currently unavailable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company creates explanatory videos worldwide and we were looking for simple call center software where we would be able to handle all calls from our customers an outbound prospecting campaigns. Cloudtalk was able to give us a solution for that.
