What are the best aspects of this product?
Having CloudTalk was a huge burden removed from our old service. It's very easy to use, flexible features and good price. Customer support works also pretty good and responds quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Comparing with old service, we did not discover any negatives. Everything is perfect so far.

Before CloudTalks we had just classic chat on our eshop. With CloudTalk we are able to serve to all our customers with less people and with higher quality and faster response rate.
