What are the best aspects of this product?
This software was a clear winner when we were assessing call center software thanks to great performance/value ratio, it's very affordable and we were able to implement it within a day. That would be considered a joke few years back!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would love to see more tutorials on how to manage customers directly on phone, especially those angry ones :)
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to see more integrations with other customer service software and CRMs, since it would save more time thanks to matching user data across company marketing stack.
