What are the best aspects of this product?
The best benefit of CloudTalk is that it's aimed for modern businesses. Most of call center software solutions are dinosaurs and look like the first line of their code was written during Napoleon era.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Even though the desktop is perfect, they do not have an iOS app yet. They claim to have it by end of Q3 2019 but who knows.
