What are the best aspects of this product?
Quite instinctive to use, the click to dial from your browser saves a load of time and it's awesome that the calls now sync to the deals in Pipedrive too. The dev team seem to be working actively on improving the service all the time
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had some issues with the call quality although it seems to be more a symptom of poor wifi connection so make sure you have a strong connection and decent wifi speeds otherwise the quality won't be up to scratch.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More features that save me and my reps time, perhaps more analytics on when people are most likely to answer the calls specific to your company's call history.
