What are the best aspects of this product?
The product integrates well with our CRM, Pipedrive. It's easy to use and loads quickly. You can record calls and track who've you called using both systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Need IOS app and there was an issue with the tagging and disposition notes that they are working on now.

APP on my phone so I can call from anywhere

We needed a solid and affordable desktop phone system to really push our sales division forward. Once all the integrations are figured out it will be a great product for us to Scale.
