What are the best aspects of this product?

We tried a variety of tools to help us with our sales and customer service systems. We used SalesForce, FreshDesk and Google and then a separate phone system and calendar to manage our clients. CloudTalk let us integrate our system so that anyone could access these things from a central system. It alleviated a lot of pressure to keep track of things then try to go find them. The custom fields have been a huge part of keeping track of client interest and allow all of our agents to be informed and prepared on calls. Using this system is intuitive, no need for staff training and you can access everything online or on your cell. It's invaluable to our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing unusual. We've had amazing customer service with questions, most of which occurred during set up.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

If you design them, we will use them!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned previously, call history and the information discussed in those calls is very important to our agents giving great customer service and closing sales. Also, just as important is internal operation moving smoothly so we can focus on sales and customer service rather than data management.
