What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the beginning of the pandemic, there was an issue with the call quality but it was fixed by the team, now all works well.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Actually, we use the tool for inbound & outbound calls for sales & marketing dept. Together with the Hubspot integration, we are all covered. Let's see what new features they would bring.
