What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it is so easy to use. And there is a whole team always there to help you which I think is the most important thing these days.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did not find anything that would be problematic yet.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There is only one thing that is missing - mobile app. But I know that they are already working on it, so that is taken care of.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Of course, we can call and answer calls. But also, we work internationally so it is great we can use international numbers, so our customers are not scared to answer our calls.
