Easy to implement and use. Affordable for startup as well. Great customer support. Help us to save lots of times working to solve daily customer issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, not a lot. There were few issues at the beginning, but they managed to solve it all rather quickly and smoothly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our idea was to provide better customer support for growing issues we had to solve. We were already using Intercom and Help Scout, so the integration was pretty easy and with custom workflows we were able to set it up to our special needs.
