What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love it! Cloudtalk works perfectly when you want to be precise with your clients, it has many great features, for instance, tags and follow-ups, and the clickable format of all your contacts -> what's called "click to call feature". It has a great and intuitive design.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

nothing, so far

a mobile app would be wonderful
