CloudTalk should definitely be the core part of every business on the market (especially those seeking the customer centricity). Key benefits for us are the great amount of integrations, especially with help desk software such as LiveAgent, which we also use at the company and the wonderful customer support we got everytime we asked for it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our journey was as smooth as butter, so there are no issues or problematic aspects, which should be improved in the future. We hope that majority of the clients got the same experience as we did :)

After the implementation of CloudTalk software, we were able to keep the information (all information) about our customers at one place. Personally, this is one of the most crucial benefits for us as we could get rid of other gazillion solutions. One app rules them all :)
