What are the best aspects of this product?
The dashboard is my favorite part of the product. It makes tracking your stats much easier and the recording aspects are great for training and reviewing your past calls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The main issue we have had is the inconsistency of the recordings. Some of our users have noticed it records both sides of the conversations while others have said it only records one sided.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Seeing Text records of the recordings would be very helpful.

It allows integration to pipedrive much smoother with this product.
