What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the simplicity and familiarity of the software’s graphic user interface, the responsiveness of the touch screen even when there’s high traffic, perfectly fit touch screen pens, the slick register, and many more. The speed of making a credit card transaction is also commendable. Aside from that, I like that the software gives each user a different and unique user ID. This means Clover system does consider the security of its end users.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We do encounter some minor issues using this platform. The “save button” is placed right next to the” transactions button” so there are instances when some of our staff clicked the save instead of the transaction button when they actually need the latter. Printing receipts takes about 3 or 5 seconds and it’s not ideal when there are many transactions. Also, there can be room issues when there’s a huge amount of coins.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Clover system is helping us meet our client’s expectations and demands. Our customers don’t have to wait for too long to process their transactions anymore. We are also able to accept credit cards. Overall, moving from analog cash register to Clover has been great especially now that we have higher customer flow as well as a credit card user.
