What are the best aspects of this product?
With Clover, I can keep an accurate record of my attendance and call up customers when needed. The system is also very user-friendly that learning how to use it is just intuitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish the cart list is modifiable so as to accommodate cancel-orders. I also hope it could allow sign-outs even if there are new orders which I don't have to take when I'm already done with my shift.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The best thing about Clover is that we can fast track the completion of our transactions. As for issues we're still trying to solve, it's on the sign-out part which we hope can be fixed the soonest.
