What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Clover system is its user-friendliness. No complex functions involved. Before using this platform, I was a bit worried that our staff might find it difficult to get started with this new software and it may take them a while before getting a hang of it. Surprisingly, it only took them less than an hour to understand the basic functionalities of the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We cannot customize the look of the platform’s interface. I was looking to incorporate the organization’s color as well as graphics to its background and home screen but there’s no way to do that. It’s quite disappointing but not really a deal breaker. Nicer though if the vendor will consider adding this customization feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to take and fill orders and have a much detailed record of our sales and inventory. Since switching to this software from using a cash-only bar, we are also able to eliminate theft and waste.
