What are the best aspects of this product?
We have been highly reliant on Clover ever since transferring to its service. Because reports are automated, we can view profit reports in real-time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are still in the exploratory stage, meaning we're still trying to navigate and learn how we can optimize Clover in our operations. A starter guide would have been very helpful. As for its gift card feature, we find it useless to our business.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Because of the significant cost, we have reduced from using Clover, we're mulling overextending its application to our marketing operations.
