What are the best aspects of this product?
This system gives us a choice to send receipts either through email, text, or just print it out. Also, it uses the same old replacement paper receipt rolls used in old machines which we are already familiar with and is more convenient. Generally, this software is so far, so good. It’s very easy to use and is very efficient for receipts and billing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had difficulties setting up the system. We had a conference call with a customer service agent who’s supposed to help us set up the system easily but end up prolonging the process. She does not also know the product very well and still have to ask some of her coworkers about the setup procedure. In the end, we just decided to have someone from their team come to our physical office to set up the system. The customer service rep who assisted us does know what he’s doing and was able to help us. But we still ended up at the office later than our closing time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to send receipts to our customers faster and in a more convenient way. We can send them the receipts via paper printout, email, or text. Also, the system makes it easier to close out accounts at the end of every billing period or day. Using chip cards is also made easier.
