What are the best aspects of this product?
Let me first start off with the screen: I like that the touch feature is reactive. The layout is modern and simple. Registration is easy. My second favorite is the paperless receipt, which makes us feel we are doing our share in saving Mother Nature. But my ultimate favorite is Clover's very helpful customer support service providers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of our customers encounter crashes that compel them to dismiss their pursuit with Clover.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We initially chose Clover merely for its relatively low price. We're very glad to have learned that we're getting so much more than what we paid! Our profits have surged ever since leveraging this tool.
