What are the best aspects of this product?
To start off, I just want to send my kudos to the Clover team! We’ve been experiencing issues with their Bluetooth device and they replaced it with a new one. If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is. Anyway, on top of having an awesome support team, the software itself has made our sales transactions run so much more smoothly now.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None at all. Whatever issues I may have with the app or its devices, the Clover team are always quick to respond.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’re using the Clover Mini version and it’s been helping us process payments made through credit and debit cards.
