What are the best aspects of this product?
The customer service is second to none, very friendly, proactive and they're very responsive. Customer service makes everything so much easier when it's good and can make everything so much more demanding and time consuming when it's bad. Coacha staff actively acknowledge a problem or suggestion and implement solutions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile App login can feel a little clunky, however it is functional.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The only thing that could improve this software would be a payment reminder to clients. It is easy to tell if someone hasn't paid, however there is only currently an option to void payment requests.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Time! I have regained so much time as everything is automated. Zoom links are sent out to the assigned person/s, When clients are registered as attending, payment requests are generated and sent, which is then recorded to be able to quickly pull reports! Great for grant reporting! It's also GDPR compliant and safe to allow Coaches access, also very helpful for safeguarding.
